US Recruiter

We are looking for a US Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based clients in a fast-paced environment. The role is ideal for recruiters with strong sourcing skills who are comfortable working with US candidates, hiring managers, and multiple requisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition intake to offer and onboarding handoff.
• Partner with US hiring managers to understand requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and Boolean search.
• Conduct resume screening and phone/video interviews.
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate interviews across US time zones and support offer discussions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
• Track recruitment progress, pipeline activity, and hiring targets.
• Participate in client meetings and provide sourcing and market insights.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of US recruitment experience.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, staffing, agency, corporate, or RPO recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and ATS.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring targets.
• Strong communication, organization, and candidate management skills.
• Willing to work on a US shift/night shift
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City, transitioning to hybrid (3x onsite) after 6 months
