Location: Philippines (Remote)

Schedule: 7AM-3PM PST or 8AM-4PM PST

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting operations with a primary focus on QuickBooks Online and Excel-driven reporting. This role is critical to maintaining clean books, accurate reconciliations, and reliable month-end support. The ideal candidate brings strong ownership, attention to detail, and experience supporting U.S.-based businesses, with the ability to learn property management–specific systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks Online
  • Code and categorize transactions accurately and consistently
  • Complete bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Manage accounts payable and payment processing
  • Support month-end close activities and reporting
  • Handle light administrative accounting tasks as needed
  • Learn and work within U.S. property management software (training provided)
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation

Competencies and Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 5–7 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., lookups, pivot tables)
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based companies
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • High attention to detail with strong ownership of work

Nice-to-Have

  • Property management or real estate accounting experience
  • Experience working with multi-entity QuickBooks Online environments
