Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and audit payroll entries, including voluntary deductions and tax elections.
  • Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and out-of-balance conditions.
  • Respond to employee and HR inquiries regarding payroll concerns.
  • Generate manual/off-cycle checks for adjustments and terminations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Reconcile payroll data and maintain control documentation.
  • Use ADP and other systems to prepare timecard corrections and generate reports.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field; OR
  • Associate's degree + 2 years of payroll experience; OR
  • High school graduate + 4 years of experience (with 1 year in multi-state payroll).
  • Experience handling confidential information and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and MS Word.
  • Willing to work fixed night shift and render overtime when required.

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of payroll experience using ADP, Kronos, or other systems.
  • Familiarity with California payroll regulations and tax reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.
  • Must be willing to work in a Fixed Night Shift schedule and during PH holidays.
  • Must be amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa once WIO resumes (temp WFH).
