This is a full-time on-site role for a US Payroll Tax Filer based in Metro Manila. The US Payroll Tax Filer will be responsible for preparing and filing payroll taxes for US-based clients, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws. This role includes maintaining accurate tax records, resolving tax issues with authorities, and providing excellent client support. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing payroll reports, calculating tax liabilities, and staying updated with tax regulation changes.

• Experience in payroll tax preparation, tax filing, and compliance
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using payroll software and MS Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
• Relevant certification or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus
