Role: US Payroll Specialist Tier 1
Work Arrangement: Work from Office
Location: Philippines - Makati
Schedule: Night shift
This is a work in the office role based in Makati.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a Payroll Specialist, Tier 1 responsible for handling the basic, day-to-day aspects of payroll processing. Serving as the initial point of contact for payroll-related issues and help maintain smooth payroll operations by managing routine tasks and issues.
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee paychecks, including regular wages, overtime, and bonuses.
- Addressing common employee questions about pay, deductions, and benefits.
- Updating and maintaining payroll records and employee information.
- Resolving routine payroll discrepancies or errors, and escalating more complex issues to higher-level payroll staff.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and basic regulatory requirements.
Qualification And Requirements (Non-negotiable)
- Minimum 1-2 years of related experience
- Computer Skills; Microsoft Office product, especially Excel
- High School Diploma
