About the Role

The client is hiring for a US Outbound Telesales Specialist to join the team. The primary function of this role is to engage with new potential clients , introduce services , and set appointments with an advisor.

The role is heavily focused on cold calling outbound efforts, targeting mainstream, non-luxury automobile dealerships across the United States. The target dealerships include franchises and independent dealerships that sell at least 30 cars per month.

This is a mid-level telesales role ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume calling, relationship-building environment, aiming for consistent, high-quality results.

Work hours: Weekdays , with a flexible work schedule to cater both Eastern and Western US timezones

Work set-up: Remote - Philippines

  • What you'll doEngage with new potential clients, introducing services, and setting appointments with an advisor
  • The expectation is to set two to four appointments a day , aiming for a minimum of two people to show up for those appointments, targeting ten show-ups per week.
  • The primary method is cold calling outbound efforts , targeting dealerships using an existing database of contacts.
  • Outreach cadence starts with calls, followed by emails only if the prospect expresses interest or to keep them engaged after setting an appointment.
  • Follow up on no-shows to reschedule appointments.
  • Success Metrics: Reach half of the quota (5 to 10 appointment sets per week) in the first 30 days. Consistently approach the full quota range of 10 to 20 appointment sets per week by 90 days.

What You Bring

  • At least 3+ years of experience in sales, telesales, outbound lead generation, or SDR roles.
  • Strong experience in high-volume, outbound cold calling is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Clear, neutral, or America-sounding speaking tone suitable for outbound calls to US businesses is mandatory.
  • Candidates must be rated C1 to C2 on an AI communication assessment.
  • A proactive attitude and demonstrated persistence and resilience, especially in a challenging industry.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new messaging, and confidently handle conversations with senior decision-makers.
