US Onboarding Specialist

We're Hiring: US Onboarding Specialist (HR)

Location: Onsite at Ayala Avenue, Makati (1x WFH per week after training)

Schedule: Night Shift (flexible across US time zones)

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional onboarding experiences and supporting contingent workforce programs Join our team at Pride Global as an Onboarding Specialist and play a key role in shaping the journey of US-based contract workers from day one!

What You'll Do:

• Onboard with Impact: Guide US-based contingent workers through every step of the onboarding process—ensuring a smooth, timely, and professional start to their assignments.
• Be the Go-To Contact: Serve as the primary liaison for workers on assignment, helping them navigate payroll, benefits, and performance-related matters.
• Support Transitions: Coordinate offboarding procedures, including asset returns and client notifications.
• Master Client Systems: Develop a deep understanding of client workflows and tools to ensure seamless program execution.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience in US-based onboarding)
• Proven work experience in performing I-9 verification
• Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal
• Strong customer service mindset with a calm, solutions-oriented approach
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with VMS tools like Beeline or Fieldglass is a plus
