Job Title: US Market Creative Strategist

Location: Pasay (Onsite)

Employment Type: Project Based

Role Summary

We are seeking a US Market Creative Strategist to lead idea generation, messaging, and creative concepts across our performance marketing efforts. This role focuses on developing strong campaign ideas and turning them into clear concepts, scripts, and copy that drive measurable results. The Creative Strategist is performance-led, with a solid understanding of brand voice and guidelines, and plays a key role in shaping how we communicate across all marketing touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop performance-driven campaign ideas, creative angles, and messaging concepts
  • Write final scripts and copy for marketing content across digital and performance channels
  • Ensure all messaging aligns with brand guidelines while remaining performance-focused
  • Research competitors, market trends, and social platforms to inform creative direction
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to refine ideas and improve results
  • Test, iterate, and improve messaging based on performance feedback

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, Copywriter, or similar role in digital or performance marketing
  • Strong ability to generate creative ideas and turn them into clear concepts and messaging
  • Excellent copywriting skills with experience writing final copy across multiple marketing touchpoints
  • Experience writing scripts or narrative structures for video and digital content
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing principles and conversion-driven messaging
  • Demonstrated experience developing, directing, or optimizing UGC-style content for creators or campaigns targeting the US market
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership from idea to execution-ready output
  • Hands-on experience with media buying across digital platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads), including audience insights, creative testing, and performance optimization

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with e-commerce, telehealth, healthcare, beauty, or wellness brands
  • Familiarity with paid social platforms and performance creative best practices
  • Ability to balance brand voice with performance and conversion goals
  • Experience using data or insights to inform creative decisions
