Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, analyze, and service a commercial book of business.
- Oversee the renewal process, including submissions, proposals, and binding policies.
- Provide outstanding service by addressing client needs promptly and accurately.
- Review policies to ensure coverage accuracy and compliance.
- Support clients with binders, invoices, endorsements, and certificates.
- Assist in directing Assistant Account Managers (if applicable).
- Maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of P&C account management experience.
- Preferred experience with Applied EPIC.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
