The Opportunity

Join the team as an Insurance Specialist, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll manage a commercial book of business, focusing on renewals, new business, and personalized client solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, analyze, and service a commercial book of business.
  • Oversee the renewal process, including submissions, proposals, and binding policies.
  • Provide outstanding service by addressing client needs promptly and accurately.
  • Review policies to ensure coverage accuracy and compliance.
  • Support clients with binders, invoices, endorsements, and certificates.
  • Assist in directing Assistant Account Managers (if applicable).
  • Maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of P&C account management experience.
  • Preferred experience with Applied EPIC.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
