Job Description
Be part of our client's team as a US HR Manager. Oversee end-to-end human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and labor law compliance. Align HR strategies with business objectives while strengthening culture, engagement, and productivity across a fast-paced, globally connected retail environment industry.

The Qualifications We Seek
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree or HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, PHR, etc.) preferred
Experience
- 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, including a managerial role
- Proven experience handling end-to-end HR operations
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of US labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- High level of integrity in handling confidential information
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office tools

Your Daily Tasks
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, and offers
- Oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution
- Promote a positive work environment and a strong organizational culture
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention programs
Performance Management
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems
- Support managers in goal setting, feedback delivery, and development planning
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
- Manage compensation structures and benefits programs
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in coordination with Finance
- Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend compensation adjustments
HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Strategic HR & Reporting
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
- Prepare HR reports and metrics, including turnover, headcount, and performance
- Support organizational change and workforce planning initiatives
