Healthcare Recruiter
Purpose: Source, screen, and match healthcare professionals (MDs, NPs, RNs, etc.) for both locum and permanent/telehealth assignments.
Key Duties
- End-to-end recruitment: job posting, outreach, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Build pipelined relationships with clinicians and professional networks.
- Collaborate with US-based client managers to understand staffing demands and ensure compliance.
- Maintain candidate databases, applicant tracking, credentialing processes, and onboarding workflows.
- Develop recruitment marketing: job ads, social media, employee referrals.
Requirements
- 2+ years healthcare recruitment experience (preferably in clinical/telehealth).
- Strong communication skills, high responsiveness.
- Familiarity with ATS systems (Bullhorn, iCIMS, etc.).
- Understanding of licensure and credentialing processes.
- Flexibility for US time zone overlap.
