The US Finance Controller will oversee the entire financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance for our U.S. operations. In this remote role, you will lead a team, develop financial strategies, and ensure accurate financial reporting to support business decisions

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP.
- Develop and implement financial controls and policies.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to senior management.
- Prep Amortization, Intercompany Transaction, Consolidation
- Oversee the accounting team and mentor staff to enhance their skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Experience in US Healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial regulations.
- Proven experience with financial analysis, strategic planning, and management reporting.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willing to work US Hours
