We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to support international clients and senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and refine schedules to support smooth operations
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings to enhance team communication
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Analyze intricate problems to provide practical solutions

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant (EA) or similar role experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Experience supporting C-suite and international clients
- Strong calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook Email, Calendar, Teams)
- Must be willing to work on Hybrid set up
- Willingness to work on U.S/ Night shift
