Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to support international clients and senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and refine schedules to support smooth operations
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings to enhance team communication
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Analyze intricate problems to provide practical solutions
  • Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth
  • Maintain exemplary standards of work quality and performance
  • Build and nurture enduring client relationships
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional performance

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant (EA) or similar role experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Experience supporting C-suite and international clients
  • Strong calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook Email, Calendar, Teams)
  • Must be willing to work on Hybrid set up
  • Willingness to work on U.S/ Night shift
