US CLIENT SERVICES OFFICER
Location: Clark/Cebu/Manila/Tarlac (Onsite)
Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT

ABOUT THIS ROLE. . .
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused
Client Services Officer with prior experience in U.S. accounting firms. This role serves as the primary liaison between U.S.-based clients and offshore teams, ensuring seamless communication, efficient onboarding, and timely delivery of accounting, bookkeeping, and tax services.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Act as the main point of contact for U.S.-based clients, managing communications, inquiries, and engagement updates.
- Coordinate the end-to-end client onboarding process, document collection, and workflow between the U.S. and offshore teams.
- Monitor job progress, deadlines, and deliverables for accounting, bookkeeping, and tax-related tasks.
- Review and organize client submissions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with firm standards.
- Support billing, invoicing, and payment tracking to maintain accurate client accounts.
- Maintain client records, reports, and communication logs using CRM or project management tools.
- Uphold confidentiality and compliance with U.S. accounting and data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with accounting and tax teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance client satisfaction.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2-5 years US accounting firm admin experience
- Proven ability to manage compliance deadlines
- Manages client onboarding and compliance documentation
- Strong knowledge of practice management tools (Thomson Reuters, CCH, Intuit Practice Management)
- Tracks client jobs, deadlines, and billing
