ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Bookkeeper, you'll play a crucial role in safeguarding financial integrity by meticulously managing and recording the company's transactions. Your daily routine involves maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our financial data. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring that all vendor interactions are documented and processed efficiently. This night shift, onsite role places you at the core of our financial operations in Cebu City, enabling smooth financial reporting and supporting the broader business objectives with precision.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping

• Expertise in using Quickbooks

• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles

• Proficiency in using spreadsheets, accounting software, and financial reporting tools

• Experience managing accounts payable and receivable
