Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT

ABOUT THIS ROLE . . .
We are looking for an Accounting Manager with solid US Accounting and Tax experience.This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond junior responsibilities and is confident handling end-to-end accounting and tax compliance for a diverse range of US clients. experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Team Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of three bookkeepers and payroll specialists, and a tax preparer.
• Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to the service team.
• Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Facilitate professional development and training opportunities for team members.

• Operational Oversight:

• Ensure that all accounting, payroll, and sales tax preparation tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor workflow and allocate resources effectively to meet client needs and deadlines.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency.

• Client Service:

• Maintain strong relationships with clients Client Success Managers, who act as the main point of contact with clients.
• Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations.

• Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Leverage technology to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance and productivity.

• Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct regular quality reviews to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of service.

• Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of team activities, client interactions, and service outcomes.
• Prepare regular reports on team performance, client satisfaction, and operational metrics.
• Document and share best practices, lessons learned, and success stories.

• WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Possess 5-7+ years of proven experience in bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax preparation, or related fields
• Previous experience managing a team, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of US accounting principles, payroll processes, and sales tax regulations.
• Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, Avalara, ADP (Preferred)
