You own the financial integrity and full-charge bookkeeping for a diverse portfolio of US-based small to medium businesses. You are not just balancing books; you are a technical accounting specialist responsible for managing the entire accounting lifecyclefrom AP/AR and payroll to complex month-end closings using QuickBooks or NetSuite. You eliminate financial ambiguity by maintaining rigorous standards in both cash and accrual accounting, serving as a trusted analytical partner for US-based clients.

This is a high-accountability role within a structured, technology-driven environment. Best suited for accounting professionals who thrive in deadline-driven settings, value process rigor, and prefer clear operational metrics over ambiguity.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE:

• 2+ years performing full charge bookkeeping
• 2+ years of experience using QuickBooks and/or NetSuite Software
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact with various levels of management and clients
• Working knowledge of prepaids, accruals, and deferred revenue
• Strong work ethic and interest in utilizing 3rd party applications to enhance efficiencies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal direction

Full-Charge Financial Governance

You own the daily and monthly financial health of multiple US entities.

• Maintain accurate financial records for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring strict compliance with US GAAP.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and optimized cash flow.
• Conduct rigorous bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure the ledger remains a Single Source of Truth.

Payroll & Compliance Management You ensure precision in the administrative and regulatory aspects of the client's business.

• Process payroll accurately using QuickBooks or integrated third-party payroll solutions.
• Manage quarterly and annual tax preparation, ensuring all reports are generated without error.
• Record and maintain financing transactions, including loans, interest, and asset depreciation.

Reporting & Strategic Collaboration

You transform raw data into high-level financial intelligence for client stakeholders.

• Complete monthly close processes and prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages.
• Collaborate with clients and internal US-based controllers to resolve discrepancies and support budget preparation.
• Leverage technology and automation to identify trends in user behavior and inform future financial planning.
