About The Role
We are looking for a results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist with proven experience in B2B sales and cold calling. This role is ideal for someone confident on the phone, skilled at building relationships, and motivated to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Experience working with a US-based textile company or within the textile/fabric industry is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective B2B clients
Identify decision-makers and present products/services effectively
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM tools
Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of outbound sales experience (cold calling required)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong B2B sales experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Comfortable working with US clients and aligning with EST hours
Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
Nice To Have
Experience working with a US-based textile company or in the textile industry
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
Experience in remote sales environments
