A Glimpse into Your New Role

Your tasks for the day include, but are not limited to, the following:

Design Leadership and Collaboration 60%

• Oversee the design and improvement of the NBL's digital assets within the technology team and across departments, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing UI designs for web and mobile platforms, ensuring a high standard of quality and usability.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, stakeholders, and teams within the Core and Non-Core business units of the LK Group to ensure cohesive and aligned designs.
• Ensure all design elements adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to the ongoing development of the brand.

User Research and Testing 20%

• Perform user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and enhance usability and appeal.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback and analytics data to refine and improve designs.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas and decisions.

Project Management and Innovation 20%

• Efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work in a timely manner.
• Use Webflow and other cutting-edge design tools to bring designs to life, ensuring functionality and responsiveness.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, and suggest innovative solutions to improve the NBL's digital experiences.
• Engage with Core and Non-Core business units within the LK Group as needed, ensuring that design solutions meet the broader organizational needs and objectives.

What You'll Bring

Consistent to our goal as an organization, at Acquire BPO, we are looking for individuals who are passionate in winning; those who enjoy achieving goals with the determination to go beyond hurdles. As a Mid UI/UX Designer you will be able to:

• 5+ years of experience working as a UX/UI designer.
• Proven track record of designing successful web and mobile interfaces.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and innovative solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in core design tools such as Webflow ,Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of front-end web and mobile capabilities to drive user-centric design.
• Excellent visual design skills with a sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Intermediate understanding of HTML/CSS, JavaScript.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
