Job Summary:Manage resources to meet sales targets Ensure the business achieves its sales, market share, and profit goals by creating and implementing effective sales strategies
Key Responsibilities:
Set direction, manage credit and finances
Handle merchandising and promotions
Plan sales, and maintain information systems
Align account objectives with company goals
Develop Sales Accounts Specialists and Sales Coordinators through coaching and training
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of any 4-year business related course
At least 2-3 years experience in the field of Poultry and Meats Sales,managing and supervising distributors/retail business
Can drive manual transmission vehicle, with valid Driver's license
Proficient in MS Office applications
