Job Description

Job Summary:Manage resources to meet sales targets Ensure the business achieves its sales, market share, and profit goals by creating and implementing effective sales strategies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set direction, manage credit and finances

  • Handle merchandising and promotions

  • Plan sales, and maintain information systems

  • Align account objectives with company goals

  • Develop Sales Accounts Specialists and Sales Coordinators through coaching and training

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any 4-year business related course

  • At least 2-3 years experience in the field of Poultry and Meats Sales,managing and supervising distributors/retail business

  • Can drive manual transmission vehicle, with valid Driver's license

  • Proficient in MS Office applications
