Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Unit Manager role based in Manila. The Unit Manager will lead and supervise a team of financial advisors, ensuring that sales targets and performance metrics are met through effective coaching, mentoring, and regular performance reviews. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and implementing sales strategies, monitoring client portfolios, and supporting advisors in delivering appropriate insurance and financial solutions. The role involves organizing training sessions, conducting team meetings, and coordinating with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Unit Manager will also participate in recruitment and onboarding of new advisors, foster a positive team culture, and represent the unit in company initiatives and events.
Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills to guide and motivate a sales or advisory team.
• Solid background in sales, business development, or financial services, with the ability to implement and monitor sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, team members, and internal stakeholders.
• Organizational and planning abilities, including experience in setting targets, managing performance, and coordinating training activities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to ethical practices and regulatory compliance in the financial or insurance sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial advisory roles is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Manila and adapt in a dynamic, goal-driven environment.
