Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Unit Manager based in Makati, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Unit Manager will lead, develop, and manage a team of financial advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and mentoring team members, monitoring performance metrics, and developing strategic plans to enhance productivity. The Unit Manager will also ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor individuals to achieve set goals
• Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Sales and business development experience, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Knowledge of financial products and insurance industry regulations
• Analytical thinking and strategic planning capabilities
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for sales management and reporting
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
