Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tagum for a Unit Manager. The Unit Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of a team, driving performance and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with company policies, and developing customer relationships. The role requires effective team leadership and the ability to strategize and execute plans to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management skills, including the ability to mentor, motivate, and guide team members.
- Sales and Business Development expertise, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Communication and Interpersonal skills for building client relationships and collaborating with team members.
- Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities to develop and execute effective plans.
- Relevant experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong understanding of compliance standards and company policies.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Tagum.
