Role Description

The Unit Sales Head is responsible for leading, developing, and managing a team of Financial Advisors to achieve sales targets, ensure exceptional client experience, and uphold Aetos Financial's standards of professionalism and compliance. This role plays a key part in driving business growth through effective recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance management of the agency force.

Compensation and Benefits

-Commissions on top of monthly allowance up to 60% of premiums paid by clients

-Income from the sale of your salespeople managed up to 40% of their commissions earned

-Monthly allowance up to P200,000 depending on sales experience of applicant (12 months only)

-Quarterly cash incentives on top of commissions earned (based on quarterly targets hit)

Qualifications

Education & Background:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields).
  • With experience in sales
  • Experience in team leadership, coaching, or sales management is a major advantage.

Technical & Professional Skills:

  • Willing to be trained on insurance, investments, and financial planning concepts.
  • Willing to learn sales forecasting, activity management, and performance analysis.
  • Willing to learn digital marketing, prospecting, public speaking and building rapport
  • Proficient with digital tools, online meetings like Zoom and Microsoft office

Leadership & Personal Qualities:

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-driven, disciplined, and able to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and strong ethical judgment.
  • Ability to recruit, develop, and retain top-performing advisors or ability to sell products.
