Role Description

This full-time Unit Head Associate role is a hybrid position based in Metro Manila, offering a combination of in-office and remote work flexibility. The Unit Head Associate will be responsible for supporting sales strategy execution, managing operational activities, and acting as a liaison between the sales team and various support departments. Key responsibilities include monitoring team performance metrics, preparing reports, facilitating communication, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Leadership: Strong skills in team management, performance monitoring, and sales strategy execution.
  • Administrative and Operational Management: Experience in managing day-to-day operational activities, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Communication and Interpersonal: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to foster collaboration and maintain relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, project management software, and CRM systems is an asset.
  • Organizational and Time-Management: Excellent ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Educational and Work Background: A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. Prior experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is an advantage.
  • Additional Skills: Leadership aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset are highly desirable.
