What You'll Do

  • Support the underwriting team with new business, renewals, and endorsements in line with provided instructions.
  • Prepare and manage policy documentation, including Certificates of Currency and Claims Histories.
  • Upload, maintain, and file documentation across internal and external systems accurately and on time.
  • Follow up on outstanding client requirements, documentation, and debtor-related matters.
  • Respond to requests and queries from the onshore Australian team, ensuring timely and professional support.

Key Criteria


  • Minimum 2 -3 years experience in insurance, preferably within brokering or underwriting environment.
  • Strong administration and document management skills, ideally gained in insurance or financial services.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, offshore support environment.
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and organisational skills.

Work setup


  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6am–3pm PH local time) with full time onsite commitment.
