Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in UKG WFM, you will design and deploy HR technology solutions to establish key business capabilities and enable strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Analyze Client Requirements: Understand client needs and design solutions to meet their Time Management requirements, including positive and negative time tracking, absence management, forecasting, and schedules.
  • Implement and Configure Solutions: Configure, implement, and troubleshoot key UKG WFM / T&A functions, ensuring seamless integration with internal and external Time Management systems.
  • Provide Training and Support: Deliver training and support to clients on UKG WFM & Time Management tools, enabling them to effectively utilize the system.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with New Features: Remain current with new features and releases of UKG WFM & Time Management modules, applying this knowledge to improve solution delivery and support.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Assist in the support and troubleshooting of the Time Management module, resolving issues and ensuring optimal system performance.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Proficiency in UKG WFM & Time Management: Experience working with UKG WFM & Time Management, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key UKG functions.
  • Time Management Integrations Knowledge: Exposure to internal and external Time Management integrations, with an understanding of how to establish seamless integration with these systems.
  • UKG Experience: Experience working with UKG Software, including understanding its key business capabilities and operational improvements.
  • Solution Design and Deployment: Experience designing and deploying HR technology solutions to meet client requirements, including positive and negative time tracking, absence management, forecasting, and schedules.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Experience providing support and troubleshooting for Time Management modules, with the ability to resolve issues and ensure optimal system performance.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • UKG WFM Certification/s Holder
  • Successfactors Knowledge: Familiarity with internal and external Time Management integrations, including understanding how to establish seamless integration with these systems, is advantageous.
