We are seeking an experienced Engineering Recruiter to deliver talent across major UK infrastructure, energy, and utilities projects. The role will focus on recruiting a wide range of technical, commercial, and operational profiles in a fast-paced project environment.

- Project & Delivery: Project Managers, Construction/Site Managers, Project Engineers
- Engineering & Technical: Electrical Engineers (LVEHV), Design & Commissioning Engineers, Authorised Persons, OHL & Substation Engineers
- Commercial: Quantity Surveyors, Commercial Managers, Estimators
- Planning & Controls: Planners (P6), Project Controls & Reporting professionals
- HSEQ: Safety, Environmental & Quality Advisors/Managers
- Operations & Field: Jointers, Electricians, OHL Operatives, Supervisors
- Digital & Net Zero: BIM/Digital Engineers, Network Design, EV & Low-Carbon specialists
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical, commercial, and site-based roles
- Partner with project and delivery leaders to forecast and fulfil workforce needs
- Build specialist talent pipelines in power, utilities, infrastructure, and net zero
- Ensure compliance with UK employment and IR35 requirements
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience recruiting within UK engineering, construction, or energy sectors
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure, utilities, and power markets
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and delivery-focused mindset
