Description
We are looking for a talented UI Designer to join our team and bring our client's ideas to life as we set the standard for excellence in the industry. We need someone who is an out-of-the-box creative and has experience working with tech and marketing companies.
We want to find someone passionate about User Interface (UI) design and making the online world more attractive. With your artistic abilities and our talented web and mobile app developers, we can deliver unique products that will make you proud to be part of our team.
Responsibilities
- Gather, interpret, and evaluate project requirements and business needs in collaboration with project managers and owners.
- Conduct research, engage in outside-the-box thinking, and provide direction for visual and conceptual inspirations for the project.
- Execute visual design stages the UX designer provides from concept to final hand-off to developers.
- Design high-fidelity web and mobile app mockups that follow best practices and design standards.
- Coordinate with Account Manager, Project Managers, Engineers, and Marketing.
- Create clickable prototypes that best illustrate a web or mobile app's functionality, features, and usability.
- Maintain a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
- Present and explain finalized ideas and concepts to Clients or Project Managers.
- Keep abreast of the latest and emerging software, technologies, techniques, and other trends in the tech and design industry that may be beneficial to the company.
Requirements
- Must be well-familiar and experienced in designing web and mobile UI.
- 3+ years working as a UI Designer.
- Must have experience in Agile software development and familiarity with Agile tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
- Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe XD.
- Material Design and familiarization with Human Interface Design.
- Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- AI-based design is a must.
