Role Overview
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to conceptualize and execute user-centered designs for our clients. You will be responsible for developing UX strategies, creating high-quality visual designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored experiences.

Remote: Colombia
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and conceptualizing a UX strategy & UI design for the clients.
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
- Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Collaborating with the team of developers, creative director, project manager, and clients to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the user.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behaviour.
- Adhering and creating style standards on graphic design.
- Besides creating scalable systems, occasionally you will need to execute on some ad-hoc client requests.
Ideal Profile
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and interaction design best practices.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
- Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.
