The Qualifications We Seek
Experience & Education
- Diploma in User Experience Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design, front-end development, or a related field
- Equivalent combination of relevant qualifications, technical certifications, and demonstrated UI/UX design and front-end development experience
UI/UX Design Capabilities
- Strong knowledge of User Experience (UX) Design
- Strong knowledge of User Interface (UI) Design
- Experience with user research
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping
- Experience with usability testing
- Knowledge of accessibility and WCAG standards
- Understanding of responsive design principles
- Strong visual communication skills

Your Daily Tasks
Safety & Compliance

User Experience (UX) Design
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies.
- Develop user personas, customer journeys, and user flows.
- Identify user pain points and recommend improvements to the user experience.
- Validate designs through user testing and feedback.
User Interface (UI) Design
- Design modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and interactive designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
- Ensure design consistency across all digital products.
Front-End Development
- Develop responsive interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks, where applicable.
- Convert UI designs into functional, production-ready interfaces.
- Ensure compatibility across browsers and devices.
Prototyping & User Testing
- Build interactive prototypes with tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Conduct usability tests and analyze results.
- Refine designs based on user feedback and analytics.
Accessibility & Standards
- Design and develop interfaces that comply with WCAG accessibility standards.
- Ensure digital products meet usability, branding, and compliance requirements.
- Promote inclusive design principles throughout projects.
Collaboration & Product Development
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Analysts.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning sessions.
- Translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
Quality Assurance
- Review developed interfaces to ensure design accuracy.
- Perform UI testing before production deployment.
- Resolve visual and usability issues promptly.
Analytics & Optimizations
- Analyze user behavior through analytics and heat-mapping tools.
- Monitor user engagement and recommend improvements.
- Optimize conversion rates and user satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement
- Maintain current knowledge of UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Recommend improvements to digital products and design processes.
- Contribute to innovation and digital transformation initiatives.
