As a UI/UX Designer, you will lead end-to-end design across key product areas, translating business requirements into intuitive user experiences. You'll create user journeys, prototypes, and scalable design systems while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life.

The Qualifications We Seek
- 3 to 5 yearsofexperience designing digital products or equivalent portfolio experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and UI craft, including process and impact
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, libraries, prototyping, variants, auto-layout)
- Proven ability to lead ambiguous problems, make trade-offs, and align stakeholders
- Strong understanding of interaction design, responsive design, accessibility, and usability heuristics
- Experience contributing to or leading a design system (governance, patterns, documentation)
- Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
- Working knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Sound experience and knowledge in the following software programs:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- HTML
- Figma
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ability to convey technology and business value propositions to senior stakeholders
- Strong consideration of user experience for both internal staff and external customers
- Experience with ecommerce gateways and website applications
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, changing environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to work within a project team and communicate progress clearly
- Ability to perform effectively in busy, high-pressure team environments
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, strong prioritization skills, and self-motivation
Your Daily Tasks
- Lead and own the design process across key product areas from discovery through delivery and post-launch iteration
- Facilitate workshops to align on problem statements, user needs, constraints, and success metrics
- Create user journeys, task flows, information architecture, and wireframes that solve identified user problems
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories
- Own and evolve design system usage by proposing new components, improving consistency, and reducing design debt
- Design high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and platform guidelines (web, iOS, Android)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with graphic designers, content writers, front-end developers, and full-stack developers to bring designs to life
- Communicate design rationale clearly through documentation and presentations to key stakeholders
