Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creating and delivering design solutions that satisfy our users needs
- Working as part of our design team as well as with cross-functional teams
- Contributing to the creation and the production of user-centered initiatives, throughout iterations and up until retrospectives
- Creating mobile-first experiences, applying the best usability techniques and practices
- Set up and maintain constantly evolving design systems and libraries for our portals
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for different brands
- Identifying new product improvement opportunities and sharing findings with other team members to translate them to action points
- Understanding data and research results to drive meaningful and relevant design solutions
- Collaborating with other design team members, developers, content writers and product owners to ensure consistent and accurate communication
- Working closely with product owners to suggest product improvements backed up with research and references
- Modifying and revising existing designs to meet changing customer preferences
- Applying meticulous attention to detail and craft smooth handovers
- Working closely with graphic designers to support and align on visual needs across product designs and projects
- Explaining, reasoning out and defending design decisions with peers and stakeholders
- Generating clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end
- Staying up-to-date on current industry trends and market conditions
- Constantly thinking of ways to improve on the status quo.
