About the role: We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to lead the end-to-end user experience across our digital ecosystem and all consumer-facing web properties. This role bridges business requirements, user needs, and technical feasibility to deliver digital experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and implementation-ready.
Work Shift: Day Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week RTO)
Work Location: Makati City
Contract Duration: 6 to 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, analytics review) to inform design decisions
- Develop personas, journey maps, task flows, and UX documentation
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Design responsive web and mobile experiences aligned with iOS and Material Design guidelines
- Maintain and evolve a scalable design system with token-based architecture
- Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance
- Collaborate closely with US and India-based developers for accurate design-to-code implementation
- Participate in architecture reviews and validate shipped features for visual and interaction quality
Qualifications:
- 35 years of UI/UX design experience (web and mobile applications)
- Advanced Figma expertise (components, auto-layout, prototyping, Dev Mode handoff)
- Strong background in user research and data-driven design
- Experience building or maintaining design systems
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile platform conventions
- Accessibility expertise (WCAG 2.1 AA)
- Understanding of React/React Native environments
- Strong visual design foundation and communication skills
- Portfolio required (web and mobile case studies)
Nice to Have:
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Motion design experience (Lottie, After Effects, Principle)
- Experience in health, wellness, e-commerce, or AI-driven products
- Familiarity with design-to-code workflows
