Key Responsibilities
- Own the UI/UX design output for multiple client projects, transforming AB test hypothesis wireframes into polished, high-converting Figma designs.
- Ensure all design deliverables align with each brand's identity while also supporting performance and usability goals.
- Collaborate closely with UX, development, and CRO teams to ensure design is seamlessly executed.
- Stay current on visual design trends, bringing fresh thinking to every project.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in visual design, with a strong focus on eCommerce.
- Experience working in an agency or a fast-paced, multi-client setting.
- Portfolio that demonstrates strong typography, layout, color, and branding skills, with a track record of producing clean, high-converting work.
- Expert-level Figma skills, including building and maintaining design systems.
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to defend design decisions clearly.
- Collaborative mindsetcomfortable giving and receiving feedback in a team setting.
- Familiarity with UX principles and how visual design supports user flows and conversions.

Working Hours for Candidates Outside North and South America
We welcome global applicants; however, this role requires availability for internal and client meetings, primarily within North American and European time zones. Your core working hours will be 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, to align with the team's and client's schedules.
The remainder of your schedule is flexible and can be planned around these core and ad hoc commitments.
