Schedule: Graveyard Shift (Start time between 6:00 PM 8:00 PM PH time)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: $500 USD/month

About the Role

We are hiring a UI/UX Designer to own the design experience across a portfolio of AI-powered digital products. This role is equal parts product thinker, problem solver, and execution-focused designer.

Your job is not just to make things look goodbut to design experiences that are intuitive, conversion-focused, and easy to use. You will take complex product ideas and turn them into clear, logical interfaces that users actually understand and enjoy using.

We build consumer products, SaaS tools, and mobile apps with AI at their core. Design plays a major role in whether users trust our products, complete actions, and keep coming back.

You will work closely with leadership, product managers, and developers to shape how our products feel and function from day one.

What You'll Do

1. Own the End-to-End Design Process

- Translate product requirements into:

- Wireframes

- User flows

- High-fidelity UI designs

- Interactive prototypes

- Design for:

- Web apps

- SaaS dashboards

- Mobile apps (iOS & Android)

- Ensure designs are:

- Clean

- Logical

- Easy to navigate

- Conversion-focused

- Understand why a design works, not just that it looks good.

2. User-Centered Design & Problem Solving

- Analyze:

- User behavior

- Drop-off points

- Friction in flows

- Design:

- Onboarding experiences

- Funnels

- Feature layouts

- Propose improvements based on:

- Data

- Feedback

- UX best practices

- Balance business goals with user needs.

3. Conversion-Focused Design

- Optimize:

- Landing pages

- Signup flows

- In-app experiences

- Test and iterate on:

- CTA placement

- Page structure

- Visual hierarchy

- Understand that:

- Good UX drives revenue

- Bad UX loses users.

4. Work Closely With Product & Developers

- Collaborate daily with:

- Developers

- Product managers

- Leadership

- Deliver:

- Clear design specs

- Developer-ready files

- Review builds to ensure:

- Pixel accuracy

- Proper spacing

- Correct interactions

- Catch:

- UX mistakes

- Layout issues

- Logic problems before launch.

5. Design Systems & Consistency

- Maintain:

- UI components

- Design standards

- Brand consistency

- Build:

- Reusable components

- Scalable design patterns.

6. Multi-Product Ownership

You will design across multiple products including:

- AI chatbots

- SaaS tools

- Consumer apps

- Internal dashboards

Each product has different:

- Users

- Goals

- Funnels

Your designs must adapt accordingly.

- Comfortable working a graveyard shift aligned with US-based teams

- Experience designing:

- Startup or early-stage product experience

- Familiarity with:

- Analytics tools

- Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS)
