Position Overview:
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-centred experiences across our web and mobile platforms, translating complex workflows into simple, elegant solutions. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure designs arefeasible, consistent, and aligned with business goals, while continuously improving the product through user research, feedback, and data-driven iteration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve user experience
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure designs arefeasibleand aligned with business goals
- Create andmaintaindesign systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency across the product
- Translate complex workflows into simple, user-friendly experiences
- Advocate for user-centereddesign principles across the organisation
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, data insights, and stakeholder input
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolioshowcasingweb and/or SaaS products
- Proficiencyin design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design
- Experience collaborating with developers and understanding front-end constraints
- Ability to balance user needs with business and technical requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
