UI Developer – Agentic Systems
Job Summary
Build modern, React-based user interfaces that power next-generation agentic AI products. This role transforms Figma designs into high-performance, production-ready applications using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
You will design and develop conversational interfaces, interactive dashboards, and client-facing tools that make complex AI systems intuitive and accessible. This is a fast-paced, coding-heavy role where speed, quality, and execution matter.
You will also work closely with AI engineers and BI teams to modernize traditional reporting systems into interactive, real-time frontend experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Build production-ready React applications using TypeScript and Tailwind CSS
- Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive frontend interfaces
- Develop conversational and interactive UIs for multi-agent AI systems and workflow tools
- Build dashboards and data visualization components for real-time insights and analytics
- Ship rapidly using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot
- Build and integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and API-based workflows
- Collaborate with BI teams to convert static Power BI dashboards into interactive React applications
- Develop and maintain reusable UI component libraries and design systems
- Implement real-time features such as WebSockets, streaming responses, and live updates
- Work closely with backend and AI engineers on API integration and frontend state management
- Build onboarding flows, demo environments, and client-facing product experiences
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of frontend development experience
- Strong expertise in React.js and TypeScript
- Advanced proficiency in Tailwind CSS and responsive UI development
- Proven experience translating Figma designs into production-grade interfaces
- Experience building modern frontend architectures (component-based systems, state management)
- Strong knowledge of API integration (REST, GraphQL, or real-time systems)
- Experience with data visualization libraries such as Recharts, D3.js, or Nivo
- Experience building real-time UI features (WebSockets, SSE, streaming interfaces)
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
- Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in media, advertising, or marketing technology environments
- Experience with Next.js or modern React frameworks (Vite, etc.)
- Experience building conversational UI, chatbot interfaces, or copilot-style systems
- Experience building or maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries
- Familiarity with LLM APIs and AI-driven frontend interactions
- Experience integrating with analytics platforms such as Power BI or Databricks
- Open-source contributions or personal AI-powered frontend projects
Work Setup & Schedule
- Hybrid setup: 1 day onsite per week, remaining days remote
- Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Philippine Time)
- Collaboration with global engineering and product teams
