This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a UI DESIGNER. In this role, you will lead the creation of impactful, brand-aligned digital experiences for a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end UI design process across various platforms, ensuring a balance between creative flair and usability. This position requires a deep understanding of design systems and a keen eye for detail, all while delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Accountabilities
- Lead the visual design of digital products and experiences across multiple client accounts
- Create high-fidelity UI designs, design systems, style guides, and documentation for handoff
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, strategists, and account managers to bring concepts to life
- Translate brand identities into consistent and scalable interface designs
- Present design concepts clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients
- Work within multiple client design systems or help establish new ones from scratch
- Deliver pixel-perfect designs with attention to accessibility, responsiveness, and performance
- Contribute to pitches and new business with visual prototypes or UI concepting
- Mentor mid-weight and junior designers, giving feedback and design direction
- Stay across design trends, tools, and technology to keep work fresh and innovative
Requirements
- 5+ years of UI or visual design experience, ideally in a digital/creative agency environment
- A portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI design across varied brands and industries
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with prototyping tools like Framer, ProtoPie, or Principle
- Strong grasp of interaction design, layout, colour theory, typography, and visual storytelling
- Experience designing for responsive web, mobile, and digital campaign ecosystems
- Strong communication and client presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities with calm and efficiency
