Position Description
We are seeking an experienced, creative, and detail-oriented UI Designer with strong aesthetic sensibility. The role is responsible for product interface and overall visual design, enhancing both user experience and brand value.
The ideal candidate will have solid design expertise, the ability to understand user needs, and the skill to integrate the latest design trends and technologies. You will be expected to deliver high-quality visual and UI design solutions that ensure intuitive interfaces, seamless user interactions, and alignment with brand identity and UI guidelines.
Job Responsibilities
1.Visual Design Strategy Development
- Formulate overall UI design style, landing page effects, visual direction, and guidelines based on business goals and brand strategy to ensure consistency and innovation.
- Stay updated on industry design trends and local market dynamics, driving innovation in visual UI to enhance product appeal and competitiveness.
2.Interface Design Execution
- Responsible for product UI design, delivering high-quality and highly recognizable visual experiences.
- Optimize layout, information hierarchy, color schemes, and visual interactions based on user needs to improve user experience.
3.Design Guidelines & Documentation
- Establish and maintain UI design specifications to ensure visual consistency across products and improve team collaboration efficiency.
Job Requirements
1.Experience
- 5+ years of experience in UI/visual design, preferably with internet, mobile product, or brand visual design background; experience in large companies is a plus.
- Experience in designing product interfaces for casual entertainment platforms.
2.Professional Skills
- Proficient in mainstream design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong knowledge of UI design principles with solid skills in typography, color theory, and motion design.
- Familiar with cutting-edge design trends such as AI-generated art and motion interaction, and able to apply them in projects.
3.Collaboration & Communication Skills
- Able to quickly understand requirements and translate them into interaction-driven design solutions.
- Capable of clearly articulating design concepts and driving implementation of design solutions.
4.Learning & Innovation
- Stay attuned to user experience design trends, continuously learning new tools and methods, with a focus on understanding local user needs.
- Possess innovative thinking and able to propose creative design solutions to enhance product competitiveness.
5.Additional Requirements
- Strong stress management, with the ability to deliver efficient and high-quality designs; open to overtime when necessary.
- Portfolio of successful product design cases, with the ability to clearly present the design process and outcomes.
