Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall UI visual design of the game, including interface layout, icons, buttons, leaderboard pop-ups, game start pop-ups, game result/ settlement pop-ups, numerical/statistics interfaces, and related UI elements.
- Participate in defining the game's visual style, producing UI visual style concepts and specification documents aligned with the game's worldview and overall art direction.
- Responsible for designing and maintaining the UI component library, theme skins, and interface guidelines, ensuring visual consistency and standardization throughout ongoing iterations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or related fields is preferred.
- 8-10+ years of experience in game UI design; experience with fully launched and live projects is a strong plus.
- Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator; familiarity with tools such as Spine and After Effects is a plus.
- Strong understanding of mainstream game UI styles, with a primary focus on casual entertainment and slot games.
- Experience in card games, SLG, MMO, anime-style, or sci-fi themes is considered secondary.
- Demonstrates strong visual control and overall UI direction capability.
Bonus Qualifications
- Strong icon illustration skills or expertise in specific art styles (e.g. Western cartoon, Japanese anime, cyberpunk, fantasy, etc.).
- UX and interaction design experience.
Soft Skills
- Highly detail-oriented, with a strong ability to maintain UI consistency and visual quality.
- Proactive and accountable, taking full ownership of visual presentation and user experience outcomes.
- Open to feedback and continuous iteration; able to deliver high-quality interfaces efficiently under fast- paced project timelines.
- Strong interest in Philippine history and culture, with the ability to incorporate cultural elements into design proposals and follow through on related design refinements.
