RPO Healthcare Recruiter

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented RPO Healthcare Recruiter to support endtoend recruitment for Home Healthcare Workers (HCWs). This role is part of a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) program, requiring preferred partnership with hiring managers, effective candidate management, and the ability to deliver highquality talent in a fastpaced environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare recruitment, thrives in a metricsdriven setting, and excels in building strong relationships with both candidates and internal teams.

Basic Purpose

The RPO Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified HCWs to meet staffing requirements. This role manages an active pool of candidates and ensures each placement meets credentialing, quality, and timeline expectations.

Essential Functions

  • Execute independent recruitment strategies to source, screen, interview, and evaluate HCWs according to specific hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified HCW candidates to meet ongoing staffing demands.
  • Select and recommend candidates to hiring managers based on skill sets, experience, and position requirements.
  • Ensure all candidate credential files meet required standards and facility guidelines.
  • Manage relationships with HCWs throughout their assignment lifecycle to support engagement and retention.
  • Develop innovative sourcing approaches through email outreach, social media campaigns, job boards, and networking.
  • Collaborate closely with onboarding teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of preemployment steps.
  • Respond promptly to candidate concerns, questions, and issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, qualifications, and status updates within the recruitment database.
  • Participate in job fairs, community events, and recruitmentrelated activities as needed.
  • Complete weekly reporting and support special recruiting projects when required.
  • Consistently meet weekly productivity metrics and performance goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare recruiting or light industrial recruiting.
  • Basic understanding of recruiting processes, employment practices, interviewing, pay structures, and onboarding.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and comfort using applicant tracking systems or databases.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other social media platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customerserviceoriented approach.
  • Ability to maintain positive and professional relationships with both candidates and internal partners.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and evolving processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a highvolume environment.
  • Effective problemsolving abilities and a flexible approach to changing needs.
