Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented RPO Healthcare Recruiter with preferred experience in hiring US Registered Nurses (USRN) and Travel Nurses. This role will support endtoend recruitment activities within a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) program and requires expertise in sourcing specialized healthcare talent for U.S.-based clients.

The ideal candidate thrives in a metricsdriven environment, demonstrates exceptional relationshipbuilding skills, and delivers consistent results while managing highvolume requisitions. Experience in U.S. healthcare staffingparticularly USRN and Travel Nurse recruitmentis strongly preferred.

Basic Purpose

The RPO Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying, and placing highly skilled healthcare professionals, including USRN candidates, Travel Nurses, and Home Healthcare Workers (HCWs). This role ensures that all candidates meet client expectations related to experience, credentials, quality, and timing, while maintaining a positive candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.

Essential Functions

Recruitment & Candidate Management

  • Execute fullcycle recruitment strategies to source, screen, interview, and evaluate USRN, Travel Nurse, and HCW candidates based on specific client requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of specialized healthcare talent to meet ongoing and urgent staffing demands.
  • Assess candidate qualifications, employment eligibility, clinical experience, certifications, and licensure status.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with expertise in matching skill sets to position requirements.
  • Ensure that all candidate credentialing files comply with U.S. facility, state, and federal guidelines.

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, industryspecific databases, social media, email campaigns, and professional networks.
  • Identify passive candidates within niche healthcare talent pools, particularly for USRN and Travel Nurse placements.
  • Leverage market insights to target hardtofill clinical roles and highdemand specialties.

Stakeholder & Candidate Experience

  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless recruitment processes.
  • Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout all stages of recruitment.
  • Partner with onboarding and credentialing teams to ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed accurately and on time.

Administrative & Reporting

  • Maintain uptodate and accurate candidate information and interactions within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Prepare and submit weekly productivity reports, pipeline updates, and hiring summaries.
  • Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and other talent acquisition initiatives as required.
  • Meet or exceed weekly performance metrics and servicelevel targets consistently.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in support of recruitment operations.

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience in healthcare recruiting, preferably with focus on USRN and/or Travel Nurse hiring.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare roles, credentialing requirements, licensure processes, and clinical staffing standards.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, pay structures, and onboarding.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and comfort using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment databases.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, social media platforms, and specialized healthcare job boards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customerfocused approach.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced, highvolume environment.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and adaptability to changing business needs.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in RPO, BPO recruitment support, or staffing agency environment.
  • Background in recruiting for Home Healthcare, Acute Care, or LongTerm Care settings.
  • Experience working with U.S. clients or multinational healthcare organizations.
