Scope of Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving volume and revenue budget via generation and solicitation of accounts for Trust Banking Group.
- Prepare marketing plans and proposals; presentation of various trust products and services to branches/personal/corporate clients.
- Coordinate with Head Office marketing units, branches and PNB affiliates and subsidiaries for referrals of clients, account opening and updating of client information and documentation
- Identify market opportunities and customer needs and assist division/department head in translating these into products and services.
- Keep informed, updated and compliant on the latest trends and developments in ESG / sustainable financing and investing.
Qualifications:
- Displays professionalism and confidence when communicating and presenting to Branch Managers and Retail Banking Heads
- Proven confidence in engaging with senior management of large corporations and business owners, including presenting trust and investment solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships
- Highly self-motivated, with the initiative to conduct independent marketing calls and proactively identify business opportunities among prospective and existing clients
- Computer savvy
