About the role
We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Trade Marketing Lead to drive the execution of impactful trade marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and deliver business growth. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing trade marketing strategies, managing go-to-market plans, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to maximize performance across channels.
- Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing strategies aligned with overall sales and marketing objectives
- Build strong relationships with key partners and identify new revenue and cost-efficiency opportunities
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies, including identifying and launching promotional initiatives
- Manage and allocate trade marketing budgets, including Advertising & Promotion (A&P) spend across channels
- Collaborate with marketing teams to translate brand strategies into regional and tactical executions
- Create commercial toolkits such as sell-in materials and in-store (POS) assets for partners and sales teams
- Lead channel-specific marketing strategies and execution across assigned regions and locations
- Conceptualize and roll out impactful in-store campaigns and trade activations
- Work closely with P&Ls to segment customer bases and optimize channel strategies for maximum ROI
- Monitor and enhance brand presence through effective in-store execution, tracking, and continuous improvement
- Conduct regular fieldwork and sales visits to ensure brand visibility, compliance, and program effectiveness
Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Experience in an advertising agency or a related field is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to build effective working relationships
- Ability to generate actionable insights from data and translate them into business strategies
- Deep understanding of customer segmentation and channel optimization
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in managing budgets and P&Ls
- Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
