About The Team & Business Line

For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate fiduciary and administration that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle.

Working with our C2S team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, control and oversee allocation and production of payment runs for assigned clients in order to meet service level agreements (SLA's) and performance targets related to invoice processing
  • Ensure invoices and other required documentation are collected on time and processed efficiently in according Company and Client procedures and policies
  • Foresee, schedule and ensure timely execution of various taxes and obligations held by assigned clients in order to avoid late payments
  • Oversee presentation to Signatories and return for processing process
  • Ensure the accuracy of purchase invoices as accessed for VAT and other regulatory matters
  • Ensure that all payment related documents and correspondence are stored in internal systems according to Company procedures and policies
  • Follow Transaction monitoring, Compliance, KYC and Payment security procedure in accordance to Company and Client policies
  • Fulfil other administrative tasks
  • Continuously review and make recommendations for improvements to the existing payment process and procedures applied for assigned Clients in order to ensure delivery of high quality service in the most efficient way

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting or any related course
  • Attentive to details, accurate and result driven
  • Able to multitask and switch between the tasks efficiently
  • Very good computer (Microsoft Office packages) and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
