Job Description:

Monitor and track daily truck requirements based on volume forecasts, cut-off times, and dispatch schedules.
Coordinate directly with accredited trucking partners to secure on-time truck availability and deployment.
Maintain accurate records of truck arrivals, no-shows, backfills, and exceptions escalate issues to the Site Truck Supply Lead as needed.
Collaborate with warehouse, linehaul, and operations teams to align truck dispatch with loading timelines and route planning.
Assist in validating truck documentation (e.g., OR/CR, driver ID, plate number, body number) to ensure compliance with SPX standards.
Help manage the site's truck roster and support updates on truck inventory and partner assignments.
Escalate chronic or urgent truck supply issues to the Truck Supply Lead for strategic resolution.
Support daily truck performance monitoring and contribute to monthly evaluations of trucking partner performance.
Assist in special projects such as truck pooling, reallocation, and seasonal demand planning.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or any related field is preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in logistics, trucking coordination, or supply chain operations fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply.
Strong coordination and communication skills, especially in working with external vendors or partners.
Proficiency in basic Google Sheets (e.g., tracking tools, basic formulas).
Willingness to be deployed onsite and work in a fast-paced, dynamic logistics environment.
Amenable to shifting schedules and weekend work as required.
Amenable to being assigned to Plaridel, Bulacan
